Ed, DCFINDEX program is supplied with DCF and not PSF. You might be successful in searching for them in DCF documentation. I am not sure whether IBM still licenses DCF considering most desktop publishing has moved to PC/MAC over the years. Also AFP Conversion and Indexing Facility (ACIF) used to be licensed no cost option, but its priced option now.
