My initial reaction to these sort of questions is that the only person who can answer them is someone who knows the environment - particularly the SLAs. That would be you.
Are we to presume these LPARs are sysplexed - i.e. using a common policy ?. If so I tend to lean toward less classification rules. But SLAs always dictate the final outcome. Shane ...
