At this point, the transfer should have been complete. Try a RECEIVE FROMNTS, possibly with a bigger SMPWKDIR.

Or copy the ZFS files, and retry the RECEIVE ORDER. It should detect that the files have already been transferred and resume from the point of failure.
Just a point of clarification... If the transfer was complete for all files in the order, then retrying RECEIVE ORDER will not resume from the point of failure. Retrying the RECEIVE ORDER will submit another order request and download an entirely new package. In this case RECEIVE FROMNTS is the way to go after allocating a larger SMPWKDIR.
