I don't know, but I don't think so.
But if you are DETACHing, why do you need to check the ECB?
To insure that the ATTACHed Task has completed. If you DETACH without
the ECB being posted, that means that the ATTACHed task is still
running thus causing the task to be ABENDed (which can mess up
whatever it is doing such as File I/O).
