I don't think I have ever seen anything but NOSTOP specified for ERBRMFnn
used by Monitor 1. There may be some history as to why your site uses
STOP(nn), but if you are simply restarting RMF Monitor 1 every time it
stops, then go ahead and change it to NOSTOP.
