Correct

On a prior model, I think adding a book was a 12 hour outage.
Well, BTDT several times. The following operations:
remove book
open the book
replace memory (upgrade)
close the book
insert the book
tests, LICC upgrade

...took less than 1 hour. I would bet it took half an hour.
(I repeat: BEEN THERE, DONE THAT. SAW IT. It's not urban legend)

Q1: Why *addung* a book could take more?
Q2: Why adding a book is disruptive, while replacing a book in multi-book machine is not disruptive?
