That can occur when a module is marked rent, runs from an APF library as auth, is loaded into update protected memory (because it is marked RENT and came from APF library) and then uses a non-RENT macro or does something to modify the running code.
Open a problem with the vendor, and have them make the code actually RENT not just LKED as RENT.
