We are z/OS V1R11. We have encountered a problem that it took about 4 hours from the time the note was received until it was delivered. We still have about 200 that are in the retry Queue. I have tried the RSET & NOOP commands it just responds with 250 OK but still nothing happens. This happens once in a great while- but I need to find out what is causing this. Any help would be appreciated.
