At 512 bytes, 49 blocks will fit on a 3390 track, utilizing 44% of the
track capacity.
Sometimes making oneself look foolish has good consequences. The
program I used is a variant of something from the CBT, adapted
from TSO only. In the process of changing it, I missed a
multiply (unblocked records take a slightly different path).
Once I fixed that, it came back with 44.3%; I don't know how I
missed that during debugging.
