Ali, Is this a new connection? Did you remember the old adage as Is applies to the bus/tag portion of your connection? That is The bus/tag cables *are* directional, and the saying to remember What direction is "gray away". IN other words, the gray ends of both the bus/tag cables have to be at the 3745 end, not the Optica end..... Probably not the problem, but something worth Checking out.
