If either one of the file systems aren't currently mounted, you can mount that file system at a temporary mount point on the system the mounted /etc filesystem is on.
Once both file systems are mounted on the same lpar you can do simple cp commands to copy files from one directory to another. If both file systems are mounted on different lpars the easiest way is to ftp the files from one system to the other.
