Since this is for an MVS module (as IBM has chosen not to provide an internal
exit out of RTM to Fault Analyzer) IEAVTABD, it will be the same no matter
what the FA release.
Last time I had to change the offsets I had to contact IBM because our
combination wasn't in the samplib.

(we are busniess partner and had free access to all IBM host products,
but after a while they find out we can't access the
non IBM IBM products, so no new version for APA etc.
Now they try to calrify the status of Fault Analyzer)
