In my system all jobs are either "AWAIT MAIN SELECT" or "EXECUTING". Seem the normal statuses. Are the jobs WLM managed and does WLM decide that it is not appropiate for the individual Goals to select the job "now"? Do they use Scheduling Environments, that are not satisfied?
