No, sorry -- postmaster is where bounced notes go. Maybe they're supposed to be returned: is a "bad" note returnable? *SHOULD* the "bad" notes be going -- that is, do they look legitimate? I was assuming that they were somehow known to be invalid (typo in address, or other problem).
