My first assumption is that you are trying to overlay the active IOCDS. Could that be the issue?

I have exhausted the iocp guide and the hcd guide and did find the specifics to disable write protection, although it was mentioned in the hcd options I'm just not see it. HDC outout listing error; ICP408I IOCDS A1 IS WRITE PROTECTED ICP058I IOCP DID NOT WRITE IOCDS A1 ICP051I IOCP VERSION 02.02.00 TERMINATED. CODE=41 CBD.CPC.IOCDS - my userid has update auth to this profile. How do I disable the write protection?
