Mark, Commands with sysplex-scope are documented in two places. There's a table in Chapter 1 of MVS System Commands that does list SETCON MODE, but the information is also supposed to be documented with the command and that is missing for the SETCON command. I've asked our publications group to add that section to the SETCON command and to also fix some other problems I noticed when I searched the book.
