Did something like that a couple releases ago, and BUILDMCS was the
ticket. I then "installed" the FMID in the new global zone, APPLY'd and
ACCEPT'd it into "dummy" libraries (wanted to keep the original library
names and locations), then "cleaned up" the DDDEFs.
