One other suggestion would be to enter the command OWNER ** on the DA screen. Both PREFIX and OWNER can be used to filter what you see on many SDSF screens. It is unlikely your problem but can cause the same type of display issue. Check with your SDSF administrator to get an answer to your question(s)
