Good advise (to keep the parms in sync), but WARM start / IPL won't change
it back.  JOBCLASS() parms are only modified by operator command or
JES2 cold start since OS/390 2.4 with an $ACTIVATEd spool.   Also note
that they are MAS in scope since the same time.
