While I was composing the "test" email I noticed that there is a switch to rich 
text option that shows up on my one client and not the other.

Sigh.. I am guessing that somehow if I use the IPAD that somehow the ISP is not 
telling my client to present that option and "assumes" that I always want RTF.

That means its a little bit of both ISP & Client.

Thanks for the feedback now off to figure who to complain to.
