JES2Mail and JES2FTP are our products. They will run as batch steps or as a
started task to pull from the JES spool. The "2" in the names refers not to
JES2 but for going "from-JES-to-email" (or FTP). They do support JES3.

Is there a good index to cbttape.org, or must one whine on IBM-MAIN
and hope a wizard jumps in with a file number?

Does the "2" indicate JES2, or is the meaning "JES-to-Mail", or
am I whimsy-challenged?
