This note is intended to clear up any confusion regarding the IBM
Announcement titled: Developer Relations withdrawal: Mainstar Family of
Products - Replacements available, dated January 10, 2006.

This announcement describes a new way to order Mainstar products from
IBM in three new solution groups: Catalog Management, Business
Resiliency and DFSMShsm Solutions.  With this announcement, IBM is
adding Mainstar's backup tracking and audit reporting product, Mainstar:
All/Star, to the Business Resiliency solution offering which also
includes ASAP, ABARS Manager, Incremental ABARS, and Catalog BaseLine.

Customers can now order Mainstar products directly from IBM by solution
group.  Of course, these products continue to be offered by IBM
individually by feature code.

MS/VCR continues to be available for order directly from IBM by PID
number 5620-FJH.

Mainstar and IBM are pleased to continue our strong Business Partner
relationship.
