It would have been nice if DB2 would check if 1 - DFSORT isn't licensed, and
2: there is no SORTPARM DD and 3: ICEMAC hasn't been customized and then
generate a SORTPARM that suits there purposes.

After some problems, we did have to customize ICEMAC per some suggestions in
II14047.  Another usermod... for a product we aren't licenced to run.  :-)
