If you submit a job without MSGCLASS, it depends on the source of the submission. From TSO/ISPF, it would be the JOBCLASS(TSU) MSGCLASS. If for example you used IEBGENER to submit to the INTRDR via SYSOUT=(n,INTRDR), the default MSGCLASS would be "n".
