When we first started doing Internet Orders we had to gradually prime the systems by doing as Lizette suggested. Initially order just small subsets (Critical, HIPER, RSUXXX) until you have the system current. Then you can go to CONTENT(ALL). (I'm making an assumption that you are just starting out as I see ORD00002 as your identifier.)

It is possible you have to do multiplie Receives. Possibly doing CONTENT(CRITICAL) or other.
