At peak our Batch uses 20% of the processor.
Let's assume COBOL is 100% of batch.

So, we would be down to 83-96% of that load.

So, our 20% would be 16.6-18.2% of the physical processor, a savings of 
1.8-3.4% of the CEC.

Is it worth it? Only your shop knows for sure.
