I had the pleasure of visiting a shop in Jakarta where I helped them convert
to SMS 5 years ago. These guys were so in touch with their requirements that
the ACS routines, Classes and STORGRUPS are 99% unchanged after half a
decade.

Just show how planning can make for "past good experiences."
