Over the weekend, we installed (among other things) the following RMM
PTFs and reIPLed. RMM won't come up; abends with 0C7. RESTOREd all of
the PTFs and reIPLed. RMM _still_ won't come up! Not sure why. Perhaps
bad data has been "hardened" into the CDS. Perhaps some seemingly
unrelated (non-RMM) PTF is to blame. Working with IBM to understand what
happened. Beware ...
