Not that i can't see the catches, but wouldn't these problems be solvable by 
using a systemtype specific prefix,
using e g SYSE* for execution system, SYSS* for submitting system etc ? 
And regarding 1. above: obviously it's a need for implemeting an additional 
parsing in that case.
