I had this exact discussion with an IBM VP from Poughkeepsie when OCO came out. I told him that it was a waste of my time to look at dumps without source code, and that I just called IBM and let them sort it out. That included problems with vendor code and problems that I may have caused. Nearly twenty years later nothing has changed. T this is one effect of OCO. Don't feel guilty.
