The response from IBM was something like "all the doc is in SYS1.SHASMAC". However, I though I was looking for the offset where the JES2 node name was in $HCCT for z/OS 1.7 and did find a manual somewhere (in PDF format) several months ago. Of course later on I found out that the manual was wrong when someone testing the update I made to IPLINFO based on that information from the manual had garbage in the node name. No, I didn't submit a RCF at the time.
