There is a commercial one from ASI. I haven't dealt
with them for a few years. At that time, they didn't
understand the realities of the mainframe production
environment. Last I looked, there was information at
http://www.asizip.com/toc.htm
Also, while I haven't used the mainframe version, I
know there is an os/390 port of INFO-Zip. It's freeware,
including free for commercial applications. (I use their
zip and unzip on my PC.)
