We've got 1140 in there, which I think is very similar to 037 - it's 037
with the Euro character at 9F, rather than that funny little 4-spoke wheel
that no one seems to use any more. 1140 is the default EBCDIC for Enterprise
COBOL now, not 037.

Your display UNI doesn't show a conversion from codepage 1200 to
codepage 037, or from 037 to 1200.  037 is EBCDIC.  1200 is Unicode
Your need to configure Unicode System Services to convert from EBCDIC to
Unicode and back again.
