May sound a little harsh (on the ISVs), but makes sense.
The only issue you may have problems with is getting the software
swap-out done, and then getting the developers to use it.
We have found the developers *very* reluctant to change in some cases.
In two cases, we even had to roll back to the previous (more expensive)
software product after a period of usage.
Depends on where the leverage is within the organisation as to who wins
that argument.
