Hi All, Our setup has a CT Gateway (Channel Transfer, this simulates a cluster controller) on one side and IBM S/390 (3006-B01) Server on the other side. The IBM server uses IBM ARTIC960 channel card for connecting to channel devices.
We are unable to make this channel card detect the CT gateway, it is connected using Bus n Tag cable. When we start IPLing the OS/390 we get the following error message from the OS/2. P/390 Error AWSICE004T ICE: Code = 442 Has any one come across this error code or a similar problem? Is there any place where we can get support for ARTIC960 card ? We ran diagnostics from OS/2 to detect the device, but it failed with message 'No device found'. We used diagnostic utils, ICEINIT 'c' and ICEDEV 'c' in that order, where c is the card number.
