I've got an unusual error and the guy that made the changes is on an
airplane so I can't call and ask for help, yet.
Trying to run a TSO RECEIVE command.
Authorized command 'RECEIVE'. Return code = 20. Reason code = 56.
ISPD250 Invocation error - System error encountered invoking authorized
command 'RECEIVE'.

RC 20 - IKJEFSTR parameter list contains an error.
Reason 56 - The function (either a program or command) is authorized, but a
copy of the function could not be found in an authorized library.
So far I have done a
DDLIST
Member RECEIVE
Member: RECEIVE > STEPLIB SYS1.LINKLIB
So the member does exist in SYS1.LINKLIB.
SYS1.LINKLIB is in my PROG00
APF ADD
DSNAME(SYS1.LINKLIB) VOLUME(ZRES01)
LNKLST ADD NAME(LNKLST00) DSN(SYS1.LINKLIB)
