Hello: Does anyone have any sample code that does I/O (read only) by manually building a DEB? (Bypassing OPEN and CLOSE.)
It seems this is alluded to in the manual z/OS DFSMSdfp Advanced Services Publication No. SC26-7400-03 chapter 7 'Ensuring Data Security by Validating the Data Extent Block' but they don't go into great detail. I want to be able to read the directory blocks of a PDS via EXCP in this manner. Thank you.
