Does anyone know of an API that exists so I can read a jes pool file while a batch job is still active? I can read a spool file using the subsystem interface 79 function, however it only allows spool files to be read once the batch job finishes. I know I can do it using SDSF, however I can't rely on that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
