John, PDSMAN cuts SMF audit records for all types of updates to PDS(E) members (except update-in-place). You control the data sets and members the records are written for as well as the type of update (add, delete or replace). You can also specify the SMF record number to be used. The format of the SMF records is documented so you can use your own program to process the results. Or you can report the record contents using a PDSMAN provided utility.
