If you check the SDATA flags for both dumps, you may see the difference.

ip cbf rtct+9c? str(sdump) view(flags)

SYSMDUMP gets these from SYS1.PARMLIB(IEADMR00)

SLIP gets them from the SDATA parm of the SLIP command. I usually
request something like:

SDATA=(NUC,SQA,LSQA,SWA,TRT,RGN,LPA,GRSQ,CSA,SUM)

I think that would pick up any LE control blocks.
