Is it correct that here in Finland I have zero seconds of leaping seconds?
I tried to read the links provided with the explanations about it all and my head started to spin and I had to lie down. It was like when I tried to read the first page of Finnegan's Wake. At least then I could skip to the last page and read it without missing much in the middle.
