I am probably wrong, but I thought there was no 'good time' reduction in
time served for Federal sentences. If he got 12 years, he will have to
serve 12 years. It maybe 12 years in a minimum security facility, but
it is still 12 years.

Federal sentencing guidelines allow for the Director of Prisons to
request a reduction of time once the person is over 70 years old and he
meets some other requirements.

He'll be out in 6 years ready to start a new company.

Oh, and I'm sure he'll write a book while he's screaming
in prison so he can make some money for restitution.
