You're URL worked for me - once I had made sure there were no "<" or ">"
framing characters polluting the text. It took a while but finally a 12 page
.pdf file entitled the "IBM System z Software Pricing Reference Guide April
2006" (ZSO01378-USEN-12)appeared.
