Assuming you don't have any other exits, you could remove the others from the list. However, the SMF exits are subject to the Dynamic Exits facility, so you might have others present you don't know about. You can issue
D PROG,EXIT,EN=exitname where 'exitname' is the name of the exit point, e.g., SYS.IEFUJV to display all of exits at that point.
