You don't need to add a new OUTCLASS.  They are all there with defaults
regardless of what you define in JES2PARMs.   Just use a $DOUTCLASS(n) 
command to see what the current settings are for the one(s) you want
to change and change it / them with $TOUTCLASS(n),keyword=blahblah,etc.
commands.  

BTW, changing JES2PARM and warm start won't do anything.  Since OS/390
2.4 (with $ACTIVATEd spool) these parms are *only* changed via cold start
and operator command (they are also MAS in scope).  You should update your
JES2PARM anyway for documentation and just in case you ever need to do a 
cold start (locally or at disaster recovery).
