In addition to the SSL support (which I found SC24-5901 did a good job of educating me), you're probably looking at creating a mainframe browser (unless the "CICS facility" performs that feat). IBM HTTP (SC34-4826) is a lot less problematic than our first encounter but it can be interesting.
