In general an abend SFxx is an indication that SVC xx (in hex) does not exist

According to System Completion Codes doc, SVC numbers X'00' to X'C7' are
IBM's, and X'C8' to X'FF' are installation-unique SVC numbers. If you see a
SFxx ABEND, where xx is between 00 and C7, contact IBM, but if xx is between
C8
and FF, contact the vendor that supplied you with the product that is
installed with SVC xx or else the vendor whose product is issuing SVC xx. One
would
hope that it is the same vendor for both.
