Patrick, Yes, we have the doc. and we've had the product for many years. The 
"experts" have all left due to illness or retirement. I install the product and 
upgraded last year to 6.2.16. The problem is the administrators of the product 
are operators and production control staff. We feel that classes are a better 
training method for them over reading BMC doc. You can't replace the experience 
of hands on real world training versus the here's the manual, become an expert 
method. The guy who is the lead administrator can't even ask the old timers who 
left if he has written rules correctly. Then when the bad rule causes other 
more serious problems, guess who gets blamed?

Bill - not sure if you've looked at this but here is a link for the KSL. Here I 
guess we just started playing with it to make it work.
