Not really--CSP didn't make it into the POP until some time after the
Linux developers had been using it.
MVCOS has been discussed for quite some time now and in highly visible
settings. For example, by Bob Rogers at SHARE in Baltimore and by John
Dravnieks at SHARE in Tampa. IBM had plenty of time to put this in the
book. It *should* be there!
