Hello Debbie, Are your ISPF sessions that get the '***' prompt for screen mode changes being driven by ISPF dialogs?
Are those dialogs REXX or CLIST? Are the dialogs being started by TSO EXEC processing or by ISPF start CMD processing? I seem to remember some changes in the way ISPF managed the screen depending on the "call/start" process.
